AI-powered visual inspection solution now live on Siemens Xcelerator platform

July 1, 2025 — Aqrose Technology, a leader in industrial AI visual inspection, has officially joined the Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem in Asia-Pacific. Its flagship platform, AIDI (Artificial Intelligent Defect Inspection), is now integrated into Siemens’ open digital business platform, enabling manufacturers to access a joint solution that streamlines defect detection and data-driven quality control.

This collaboration brings together Aqrose’s advanced AI algorithms with Siemens’ Xcelerator API World and X Data Hub to offer a closed-loop, end-to-end inspection process—from real-time detection to automated corrective action. The solution helps manufacturers cut quality control costs, increase inspection speed, and improve overall production yield.

The partnership is part of Siemens’ “Starlight Initiative,” which fosters innovation through a growing ecosystem of over 150 technology partners. As a new member, Aqrose will leverage Siemens’ global network to reach more industrial clients across Asia and beyond.

AIDI’s capabilities include high-precision inspection down to 3×3 pixel defects, small-sample learning with just 20 images, and rapid inference speeds of 20ms per image. Combined with Siemens’ X Data Hub, inspection data is transformed into actionable quality reports, integrated with predictive analytics and production planning.

This solution has already proven effective in high-speed manufacturing environments such as wafer sorting, automotive component verification, and precise electronic components detection. It supports flexible deployment—on-premise, cloud, or hybrid—meeting the needs of factories at all digital maturity levels.

This collaboration with Siemens Xcelerator marks a key milestone in bringing intelligent inspection to global manufacturing,” said Yao Huang, CEO of Aqrose Technology. “Together, we’re enabling more agile, data-driven, and efficient factories.”

Looking ahead, Aqrose and Siemens will expand into key verticals including automotive, electronics, battery and food & beverage. AIDI will also launch as a SaaS offering via the Siemens Xcelerator platform to lower the adoption threshold for small and medium manufacturers.
