From October 6 to 8, 2026, VISION 2026 took place at Messe Stuttgart, Germany. During the exhibition, Aqrose Technology showcased its core AI products, highlighting its technological portfolio spanning AI vision systems, AI vision sensors, vision-language models, and an industrial AI vision development toolchain. Together with local European partners, Aqrose also demonstrated practical applications of AI across diverse manufacturing scenarios, highlighting its continued commitment to bringing AI into real-world industrial environments.
01 Core Exhibits

SV2000 AI Vision System
Designed for high-precision inspection applications, including complex appearance inspection and precision measurement, the SV2000 combines AI computational imaging with application-specific tools to support anomaly detection, dimensional measurement, and appearance inspection.
The system delivers micron-level inspection precision and enables product changeovers in as little as one hour, helping manufacturers address complex inspection requirements while improving flexibility and adaptability in production.
AS4 AI Vision Sensor
Designed for simple, high-frequency vision inspection tasks on production lines, the AS4 offers rapid deployment and ease of use. It can be deployed and brought into operation in as little as 10 minutes, with fewer than 10 training samples required.

The sensor supports defect classification, presence/absence detection, assembly inspection, code reading, and optical character recognition (OCR). It can be applied across industries including automotive, electronics, food, and packaging, lowering the deployment barrier for industrial AI vision applications.
AQ-VLM Vision-Language Model

To address changing inspection requirements in high-mix, low-volume production, AQ-VLM brings vision-language model capabilities to industrial quality inspection, aiming to reduce repetitive model development and improve changeover efficiency and adaptability.
Optimized for industrial applications, AQ-VLM offers a more flexible approach to handling diverse products, complex defects, and evolving inspection requirements, helping manufacturers build more adaptable intelligent quality inspection systems.
Industrial AI Vision Development Toolchain

Aqrose Technology's industrial AI vision toolchain comprises AIDI, AIDG, and AQVision, covering AI vision algorithm development, defect data generation, and vision system development and deployment.
AIDI provides industrial AI vision algorithm development capabilities, AIDG generates highly realistic defect images and annotations, and AQVision supports vision system development and application deployment. Working together, the toolchain enables detection times as low as 0.6 ms and detection of defects as small as 3 pixels, helping manufacturers develop specialized vision inspection solutions more efficiently for specific industrial applications and accelerate the transition from algorithm development to production-line deployment.
In addition to its core products, Aqrose joined forces with European partners KingTek and aku.automation to showcase joint solutions for stamped-part and PCB inspection, further demonstrating the practical value of industrial AI in manufacturing.
02 AI for Advanced Manufacturing
From high-precision AI vision systems and lightweight AI vision sensors to vision-language models and an industrial AI software toolchain spanning data, algorithms, and deployment, as well as joint inspection solutions for stamped parts and PCBs, the exhibits highlighted Aqrose Technology's strategic focus on Physical AI for industry—extending beyond visual perception toward model understanding and process optimization.

For nine years, Aqrose has focused on delivering cutting-edge AI products and solutions for advanced manufacturing. Aqrose focuses on sectors including semiconductors and advanced packaging, the AI computing infrastructure supply chain, new energy, and precision electronics. It has developed three core AI product portfolios: AI vision systems, AI precision measurement and inspection instruments, and AI-driven agents for equipment and process improvement. These solutions help customers improve yield and optimize production capacity.
Looking ahead, Aqrose will continue to collaborate with global partners to address real-world manufacturing needs and advance Physical AI toward greater precision, efficiency, and adaptability, enabling AI to better support production quality management.
